Refunds
There are absolutely no refunds/returns on all completed orders. Products are limited and our aim is shipping orders out as efficient and quickly as possible. Returns are an inconvenience to both us and a potential customer. Please ensure your order is correct prior to purchasing.
Exchanges
To start an exchange, you can contact us at support@rawgenixhair.com. If your exchange is accepted, we will switch the desired product before your package is shipped.
EXCHANGES ARE AVAILABLE ONLY UP TO 48 HOURS AFTER PURCHASE. IF YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED YOU CAN NO LONGER RECEIVE EXCHANGE.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you contact more than 2 days after order is delivered, unfortunately we will be unable to assist you.
